PREMIER STRUCTURE GROUP OF COMPANIES began full operations in 1992 in both Singapore and Malaysia. Ever since, we have progressed from strength to strength to become the leading supplier of “Superplasticizers” and other chemicals for the construction industry as well as other industrial fields in the region.

Being the exclusive agent and sole distributor for a wide range of KAO’s specialty chemicals, PREMIER STRUCTURE is able to amalgamate top quality products with value-added services and technical back up to a wide diversity of satisfied customers. Notably, KAO MIGHTY range of admixtures enhances customers’ top quality concrete products for the construction industry. The Company also performs the major role of a quality supplier for the asphalt, metal foundry and paper industries. Similarly, we have further diversified and expanded our product portfolio to supply surfactants, specialty products and quality raw materials to the food, pharmaceutical and toiletries & cosmetics industries.

An additional expertise we offer is our 30 years of vast experience in the locating of chemicals products through our global sourcing network of associates and contacts. We undoubtedly hope to present superior products accompanied by our value adding services through a cohesive and integrated supply chain.

Through pursuing and eventually being awarded the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, we have demonstrated our ongoing commitment to implement quality systems in all our activities to offer unrivalled products and services to achieve maximum satisfaction for our customers. To further demonstrate our commitment to a long-term relationship with our customers, PREMIER STRUCTURE and our affiliate network in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China maintain own offices, warehouses and relevant logistics infrastructure and facilities.By way of leveraging our wide business and affiliate networks, we have been able to maintain steady growth year-on-year.

By end 2002, we are confident to record sales volume in excess of USD 20 million.
